Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of A. Segal & Co, Albert Chambers, 221-223 Chingford Mount Road, London E4 8LP, on Friday, 29th May 1998, at 3.30 p.m., for the purposes of receiving an account by the Liquidator of his acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year.
