ALBANY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Forte Post House, Peterborough, Norman Cross, Peterborough PE7 3TB, on 24th April 1998, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:   That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Martin Henry Linton, of Regency House, 871 High Road, North Finchley, London N12 8QA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”   At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors Richard Albert Brock Saville, of Savilles, 1 North Road, The Park, Nottingham NG7 1AG, was appointed Liquidator in the place of Mr. Linton.
