Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th March 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 28th April 1998, the father Aji R. Raghuram and the mother Mala Raghuram, of 5 Clos Edno, Sovereign Chase, Cardiff CF2 5NF, married, Commonwealth citizens as defined by section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned on behalf of Adarsh Mandayam Aji, the name of Adarsh Aji Raghuram and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the name of ADARSH MANDAYAM AJI instead of the name Adarsh Aji Raghuram so as to be at all times known and described by the name of Adarsh Mandayam Aji exclusively.
