At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at Holbrook House, 14 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG, on 23rd April 1998, at 3.30 p.m., the following Resolutions were duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that the winding-up be a Members’ voluntary winding-up and that Michael Colin John Sanders, of B N Jackson Norton, 1 and 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” P.
