At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 58 Massetts Road, Surrey RH6 7DS, on 24th April 1998, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John Walters, of Chichester House, High Street, Ditchling, Sussex BN6 8SY, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” G.
