At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Moscow, Russia, on 1st May 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that P. S. Dunn and M. P. Riley, of Horwath Clark Whitehill & Co., Sherlock House, 7 Kenrick Place, London W1H 3FF, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” V. V.
