Take notice that I, Peter Leonard Thurston, of registered office Deloitte & Touche, Queen Anne House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors within 4 months of 24th June 1998 pursuant of rules 4.182(A) and 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986. Creditors are required to submit full details of their claims including the amount of the claim and particulars of how and when the debt was incurred to be at the above address to arrive on or before 24th June 1998. Notice is also given that the intended distribution is a final distribution and will be made without regard to any claims not made by the last date for proving claims. All funds remaining in the Liquidator’s hands following the final distribution to Creditors will be distributed to the Members of the Company.
