The Camden (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (SPA) (Amendment No.  ) Order 199  

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.   The general effect of the Order will be to:   (a) introduce at any time” waiting restrictions in Barker Drive for a distance of 19 metres (north side) and 24 metres (south side) from its junction with Camley Street;   (b) introduce at any time” waiting restrictions in Leverton Street (east side), from the junction with Leighton Road to a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 30 and 32 Leverton Street;   (c) introduce at any time” waiting restrictions around the junctions of Redington Road/Templewood Avenue/ Templewood Gardens/Redington Gardens;   (d) amend and re-designate the existing waiting restrictions in Leighton Road to operate between 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive;   (e) introduce at any time” waiting restrictions in parts of Heath Brow/North End Way;   (f) introduce 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday waiting restrictions in parts of North End Way;   (g) introduce a motorcycle parking bay in Nassington Road.   A copy of the Order, and the Camden (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) Order 1993, and of the Orders which have previously amended or applied that Order, plans showing the locations and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected/purchased during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Environment Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance WC1H 8EQ.   Any person wanting to object or make other representations to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of any objection and specify the grounds thereof and address it to the Director of Environment Department, Traffic Management Team, Fourth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach us by 12th June 1998 with a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
