The Queen has been pleased by Warrants under Her Royal Sign Manual dated 18th May 1998, to appoint John Frederick Holt, Esquire, and Michael Leonard Seddon Cripps, Esquire, to be Circuit Judges in accordance with the Courts Act 1971.
