At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Forte Posthouse Eastleigh, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, on 28th April 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:   That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Thomas Merchant Burton and John David Ariel, of Enterprise House, 83 a Western Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 1LJ, be and are hereby appointed the Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” R.
