ASTHMA RELIEF FUND

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at 64-66 Churchway, London NW1 1LT, on Tuesday, 30th June 1998, at 11 a.m. for the following purposes, to have laid before it an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to fix the Liquidator’s renuneration.
