I, Richard Jeffrey Rones, of Haines Watts, 4-8 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4LU, hereby give notice that I was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above Debtor’s estate on 4th February 1998.   Unsecured Creditors who have not yet proved their debt must forward their proof of debt form to me. The last day for proving is 26th June 1998.   Please note that I do not intend to advertise for further claims prior to any declaration of dividend. If you do not lodge a claim by the last day of proving you will be excluded from the dividend paid to unsecured Creditors.   It is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving.
