The Creditor demands payment of £5,060.38, the amount now due under Liability Orders from the Kingston-upon-Hull Magistrates Court, dated 12th September 1994, 21st August 1995, 22nd July 1996, 10th November 1997, 27th October 1997 and 2nd February 1998.   The Statutory Demand is an important document and it is deemed to have been served on you on the date of the first appearance of this advertisement.
