Notice of adoption of proposals for a local plan

Notice is hereby given that on 4th March 1998 Worcester City Council adopted these plan proposals.
  Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the Department of Technical Services, Orchard House, Farrier Street, Worcester, and at the Guildhall, High Street, Worcester.
  The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers confirmed by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 4th June 1998, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
