Church Street Car Park, Clowne Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that on 22nd May 1998, the Bolsover District Council made an Order under section 35 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 restricting the time limit for parking in the Church Street Car Park in Clowne, Derbyshire to two hours maximum. The Order will come into force on 16th July 1998.   The Order provides that where a vehicle is parked in the Church Street Car Park in Clowne, Derbyshire for a period in excess of two hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday to Saturday, the owner of the vehicle will be liable to a charge of £20 if paid within the first 14 days or £50 thereafter.   A copy of the Order together with the Order map and statement of reasons is available for inspection at the Bolsover District Council’s Clowne Office, at No. 9 Church Street, Clowne, until 16th July 1998. The times when Clowne District Office is open is as follows: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.   The Order is as described in a notice published in The London Gazette dated 15th January 1998, issue number 5510, under reference 543. 4th June 1998.
