Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th May 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 21st May 1998, GOALIE MAE ROBINSON-ANNON, of 11 Furrowfield, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 0JE, single and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Goalie Mae Lindsay and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Goalie Mae Robinson-Annon.
