Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th April 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 5th May 1998, STEPHEN PAUL HAIM, of 17 Lake Gardens, Dagenham, Essex RM10 8NU, married a British citizen by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Stephen Paul Ham and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Stephen Paul Haim, for and on behalf of STEPHEN PAUL HAIM, DIANE JULIE HAIM, ROBERT GEORGE PAUL HAIM and DAVID JOE ALAN HAIM, formerly Stephen Paul Ham, Diane Julie Ham, Robert George Paul Ham and David Joe Alan Ham. 5th May 1998.
