Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company’s Creditors will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, Iveco Ford House, Station Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD1 1TG, on 22nd July 1998, at 11.30 a.m., for the purposes of approving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and agreeing that the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
