In accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I hereby give notice that I intend to pay a First and Final Dividend of 100p in the £ to the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Bankrupt. All Creditors who have not yet proved their debt should do so before 9th July 1998. It is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last day for proving. Failure to prove your debt will exclude you from this Dividend.
