Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Aminur Rashid Chowdhury, Nurun Nessa Khair Chowdhury and Rumana Akter Chowdhury carrying on business as a Hot Food Takeaway/Restaurateurs under the style or firm name of NOWAB BALTI HOUSE has been dissolved as from 25th February 1998, so far as concerns Nurun Nessa Chowdhury and Rumana Akter Chowdhury, who retires from the said Partnership. All debts due to and owing by the said former Partnership will be received and paid respectively by Aminur Rashid Chowdhury, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm name of Nowab Balti House.
