FRYER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED

The Liquidator of Fryer Construction Limited gives notice under the provisons of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that he intends to make an Interim Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company on 15th July 1998.   Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator R. J. Rees, of Price Waterhouse, 76 Milton Street, Nottingham NG1 3QY, by 8th July 1998, which is the last day for submitting claims.
