At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Izumi Europe Limited, held at No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, on 5th June 1998, the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation and that Colin Graham Bird, of Price Waterhouse, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, is hereby appointed as its Liquidator.” S.
