Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the last day for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 30th June 1998, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, David Rowlands, of Grant Thornton, 1st Floor, Royal Liver Building, Liverpool L3 1PS, the Liquidator of the Company.
