Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Shop and Store Planners Limited Retirment Security Plan (“The Scheme”) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number, dates of entry into membership of the scheme and scheme membership number to R. Cavill, Myddleton Hall Group Limited, Myddleton Hall, Almeida Street, London N1 1TD, before 31st August 1998. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice, and will not as respects the assets so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
