Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 31st July 1998, to send details of their claim to the undersigned, K. S. Chalk, of Deloitte & Touche, 201 Densgate, Manchester M60 2AT, the Joint Liquidator of the Company.
