Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at THR, Charter House, 166 Garstang Road, Fulwood, Preston PR2 8NB, on Friday, 17th July 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of THR, Charter House, 166 Garstang Road, Fulwood, Preston PR2 8NB, by no later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meetings. S.
