  Self-employed Salesman, of 3 Chapman Close, Kempston, Bedford, previously trading on his own account as a Distributor of Phones and Batteries under the style Portable Power, from Melbourne Street, Bedford, both addresses, Bedfordshire. As it is my intention to delcare an interim Dividend within a period of 4 months from 14th July 1998, notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Estate in Bankruptcy, are required on or before the 14th July 1998, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to me the undersigned, David Phillip Gendall, of Sterling Ford, Cambridge House, 6-10 Cambridge Terrace, Regents Park, London NW1 4JW, the Trustee of the said Estate, and if so required by notice in writing from me, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, are personally, or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
