Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Members and Creditors of Sight and Sound Animations Limited, will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on 21st July 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive a report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
