Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG, Aquis Court, 31 Fishpool Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 4RF, on Friday, 24th July 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the following purposes: receiving accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator, and that the Liquidator be granted his release. A Member who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company. P. F.
