At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Clorox Company, 1221 Broadway, Oakland, California 94519, USA, on 11th June 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Anthony Peter Supperstone and Malcolm Cohen, of BDO Stoy Hayward, Willoughby House, 439 Richmond Road, near Richmond Bridge, Middlesex TW1 2HA, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators of the Company to act jointly and severally for the purposes of such winding-up.” T.
