Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward, Beneficial Building, Paradise Circus, Birmingham B1 2BJ, on Wednesday, 29th July 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of his administration of the Liquidation and all other matters to be determined under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
