Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Premier House, 77 Oxford Street, London, on Thursday, 9th July 1998, at 12 noon, for the purposes provided for in sections 100 and 101 of the said Act. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Jacqueline Susan Barber, of Blenheim House, 6 Union Place, Truro, Cornwall TR1 1EP, is qualified to act in relation to the Company, and will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
