Any person having any claim against or entitlement under the Cordiant Goup Pension Scheme or the Cordiant Group Money Purchase Plan, is required to send particulars in writing to the Trustees at the address given above on or before 2nd September 1998. After that date, the Trustees may distribute the assets of those schemes having regard only to the claims and entitlements of which they have had notice and are aware and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
