The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 6919 of The London Gazette dated 24th June 1998

FALKNER MOLLER PARTNERS LIMITED (formerly Falkner Moller Segal Partners Limited)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that we Nigel Millar and David J. Dawson, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 7 The Close, Norwich NR1 4DP, the Joint Liquidators of Falkner Moller Partners Limited intend to make the first and only distribution to Creditors. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators on or before 15th July 1998, the last date for proving. Thereafter the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person whose debt has not been proved by that date. It should be noted that a majority of the Directors of the Company have made a Statutory Declaration that they have made a full inquiry into the affairs of the Company and that they are of the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of twelve months from the date of Liquidation.
