Notice of deposit of proposals for the alteration of a Local Plan
Chiltern District Local Plan

Notice is hereby given that Chiltern District Council have prepared proposals for the alteration of the above plan. If, and when, these plan proposals are adopted they will form part of the development plan for Chiltern District Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.   Copies of the proposals are available for public inspection at Planning Office Reception, Chiltern District Council, Council Offices, King George V Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP6 5AW, on Mondays to Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the following libraries during normal library opening hours:   Amersham Library, Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, Buckinghamshire;   Beaconsfield Library, Reynolds Road, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire;   Chalfont St. Giles Library, High Street, Chalfont St. Giles, Buckinghamshire;   Chalfont St. Peter Library, High Street, Chalfont St. Peter, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire;   Chesham Library, Elgiva Lane, Chesham, Buckinghamshire;   Great Missenden Library, High Street, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire;   Hazlemere Library, 312 Amersham Road, Hazlemere, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire;   Little Chalfont Library, Cokes Lane, Little Chalfont, Amersham, Buckinghamshire.   Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals, should be sent in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Planning Department, Chiltern District Council, Council Offices, King George V Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, before 5.30 p.m., on Thursday, 13th August 1998. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals.   Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 weeks period ending on 13th August 1998, will have a right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or hearing.   Further information is available from the District Council’s Local Plans Section, telephone 01494 732269.   Notice of intention to Adopt Proposals.   If no objections to the proposals are received during the period given for making objections, Chiltern District Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
