TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that the proposed Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping-up of highway in the vicinity of Tunstall Village Road, Silksworth, Sunderland, has been formally withdrawn. The original notification of the draft Order was published on 7th June 1996, under the Government Office reference DN5038/35/1/462. A.
