Notice to Past Members/Beneficiaries

The Trustees are finalising the wind up of this Scheme and wish to trace any Member/Beneficiary who may have been overlooked. Any past Member/Beneficiary of the above scheme who believes that he or she may be eligible for some entitlement should write giving full details of employing Company, period of scheme membership and copies of any supporting documentation to J. E. A. Kerslake, Biwater plc., Biwater House, Station Approach, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1TZ.   In addition any past Member/Beneficiary who has not been in contact with the Trustees in recent years should write confirming current address. This letter should also be addressed to J. E. A. Kerslake at the above address.   All correspondence will be fully investigated and responded to accordingly.
