Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above-named Bankrupt intends within 4 months from 27th July 1998, to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, and that any such Creditor desiring to participate in such dividend must on or before that date send in their full name and address and full particulars of their debt or claim to the undersigned, Geoffrey William Rhodes, of Leonard Curtis and Associates, 2-3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1EE, the Trustee of the said Bankrupt.
