Notice is hereby given, that I intend to declare a Third and Final Dividend to the Creditors of the above Company, within four months from 15th July 1998. If you are mentioned as a possible Creditor of the Company and have not submitted a claim in the liquidation please submit a statement of claim to the Joint Liquidators, St. Nicholas House, Park Row, Nottingham NG1 6FQ, by 15th July 1998, or you will be excluded from this Dividend.
