Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.186 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 3rd August 1998.   Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 3rd August 1998, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned J. A. Horton, of Kidsons Impey, Friars Courtyard, 30 Princes Street, Ipswich IP1 1RJ, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.
