Declaration of Extension to Nature Reserve
Barnes Meadow in the Borough of Northampton
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19 of the above-mentioned Act, that by the Local Nature Reserve Declaration made on 2nd July 1998, 21.6 heactares or thereabouts situate in the borough of Northampton, and shown hatched on the plan attached to the said Declaration is being managed as a Nature Reserve. This is an extension to the area declared as a Nature Reserve on 19th December 1990. Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Northampton Borough Council, at Chief Executive and Town Clerk’s Office, The Guildhall, St. Giles Square, Northampton, and at the offices of Northamptonshire County Council, Directorate of Finance and Administration, County Hall, George Row, Northamptonshire, from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
