The Liquidator of MBC Information Systems Limited, gives notice under the provisions of Rule 4.185 and Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a Final Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company within 4 months from the last date for submitting claims. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, A. J. Barrett of Pricewaterhouse Coopers at No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, by 17th August 1998, which is the last day for submitting claims.
