HEY & CROFT GROUP PLC 1988 PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Hey & Croft Group Plc 1988 Pension Scheme is now being wound up. The Companies participating in the Scheme included Hey & Croft Plc, Hey Croft Holdings Limited, and Leonard W. Hey Holdings Limited.   Any person who has a claim against the Trustees or who has an interest in the Scheme (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any part-time employees of Companies participating in the Scheme) is hereby required to provide written particulars to the Trustees at PO Box 3700, Coggeshall, Colchester, Essex CO6 1QQ, before 9th September 1998.   After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, having regard only to claims of which they have had prior notice. The Trustees shall not be liable (as regards the assets distributed) to any person of whose claim they have not had notice. J. Norton and G.
