The Stopping-up of Highways (County of Suffolk) (No.  ) Order 199  

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping-up of highway at Duke Street, Stanton, Suffolk, referred to in the notice published on 16th April 1992 (Ref. 538135/1/07) will not be made, the application for the Order having been withdrawn.
