Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 14th June 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18th June 1998, I, BEVERLEY MUHAMMAD, of 56 Slough Lane, Kingsbury, London NW9 8XX, single, a British Citizen by virtue of section 11(1) British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Brown and assumed the surname of Muhammad. 14th June 1998.
