Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 26th May 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2nd July 1998, Rebecca Matthews, as a person having parental responsibility, on behalf of JONATHAN GILES, of Boship Farm Hotel, Lower Dicker, Hailsham, East Sussex, a child, single, and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Matthews and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Giles.
