Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24th September 1997 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 8th July 1998, Amratlal Tribhovandas Parshotam on behalf of KRISHAN AMRAT PARSHOTAM, of 51 Fairacres, Ruislip, Middlesex, a minor and British citizen by virtue of section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Hamish Amrat Parshotam and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Krishan Amrat Parshotam.
