Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9th December 1997, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 10th June 1998, Janet Piper, on behalf of GARY DEAN PIPER, of Cornerstone, Cofton Church Lane, Rednal, Birmingham B45 8BB, married and a British Citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Gary Dean Horne and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Gary Dean Piper.
