At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 96 High Street, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5SN, on 9th July 1998, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a subjoined Special Resolution and as a subjoined Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Norman Cowan, of Norman Cowan & Associates, 96 High Street, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5SN, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” T.
