Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that Dr. Konrad Goess-Saurau, of Temple Estate, Rockley, Marlborough, Wiltshire, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 28/39/22/68 to abstract water from Upper Greensand Aquifer at National Grid Reference SU 137 735 at Wick Down Farm, Broad Hinton, Wiltshire.   The variation being applied for is to add an additional abstraction point and the purpose of private water supply. There will be no increase in the authorised abstraction quantities.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at The Estate Office Temple Farm, Rockley, Wiltshire, between 17th July and 14th August 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Water Resources Team Leader, Environment Agency, West Area, Isis House, Howderry Park, Wellingford OX10 8BD, before the end of the said period.
